  • Artisanal Variation: Please note that because our garments are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and reflect the unique nature of our fabrics and techniques.

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are verified as defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Reporting Defects: If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@thestitchshop.in with your order details and photos/descriptions of the defect.

  • Timeframe: All claims must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for processing.

  • Alterations & Exchanges: We offer free alterations or exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Refunds

  • Conditions: A full refund is processed exclusively for damaged or defective items in instances where a replacement for the original article is unavailable.

  • Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, payment issues, or product unavailability. In such cases, customers will be notified and issued a full refund.

4. Ordering and Liability

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are only confirmed upon 100% successful payment.

  • Third-Party Logistics: The Stitch Shop is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party courier or logistics partners.
